If you would like to cancel your order we will very sad but...... You can notify us by email or by telephone before we have shipped the items to you.

We at Little Egg Harbor Soap want you to be delighted with your handmade natural soaps and lotions, however, due to the personal use of these products, if the products have been opened and/or used, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. For sanitary reasons, it is impossible to verify the quality of our products once they have left our possession and  Federal sanitary guidelines prevent us from restocking once shipped items. Please choose  carefully as they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded if they have been opened and/or used them in any way.  Please call us prior to ordering if you have questions or reservations about ordering on line.  

We do our best to be focused and detail-oriented, but occationally we ship the wrong products, and in that case we ask that you email or call us within a few days.   If we sent someone else's order your way, we'll be more than happy to gift it to you and send the correct items prompty at our own expense.
